The Fixed Assets system solves the complicated deprecation and insurance problems associated with buildings, machines or any business property with speed and simplicity. Lighthouse™ provides online access to book value, location, and multiple user-defined deprecation methods providing timely and accurate information for both your tax and financial management staff. Reporting can be useful in making buy/lease decisions and determining the impact on assets of changes to method, life, remaining life, convention, or basis.
