The timesheet entry screen has dual purposes. Not only is it used to enter time as the day progress, but it also shows the traffic assignments for the employee and allows the employee to update his assignments as he works on each assignment. The traffic schedule is updated constantly and child assignments are notified when their assignment is ready for work. This screen uses TSR (always running) technology allowing user to keep this screen running in a separate window so that their time and traffic assignments as updated as they start and stop work on each project.

Upon completion, with a click, the traffic is updated and all necessary employees are notified that the next event for the project is ready. Agency and employee calendar automatically calculates due dates based on availability of employee. No more missed deadlines due to overbooking of employee. With very little effort the whole agency's traffic assignments are kept current.

Employees are notified on their screen as traffic events, and appointments, are ready.
